What types of commercial clients do you work with?
Quite a varied mix – everything from small businesses and retail premises to housing developers, residential management companies, rural estates, and hospitality venues. If you’re responsible for outdoor space as part of your commercial operation, we can put together something that works for your site and your budget.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance contracts?
Yes, and for most commercial clients it’s the most practical way to work. We agree a programme upfront based on what your site needs, then visit on a regular schedule throughout the year. You get consistency, no chasing around for quotes, and grounds that always look like someone’s looking after them.
Can you cover multiple sites?
Yes – we work with clients managing more than one property or development and are happy to coordinate across sites. We cover all of Devon, so if you have premises in different parts of the county we can discuss a programme that brings it all together.
Are you fully insured for commercial work?
Yes, fully insured across all commercial grounds maintenance and landscaping. We’re also committed to ongoing training, so the standards on site stay where they should be regardless of the job.
What’s the difference between grounds maintenance and estate management?
Grounds maintenance is the regular, hands-on upkeep – cutting, edging, weeding, seasonal tidying, that kind of thing. Estate management is broader; it’s about overseeing all aspects of a property’s outdoor spaces on an ongoing basis, often for larger residential developments or rural estates with more moving parts. We offer both, and for a lot of clients the right answer is a bit of each.
